Conference registration fees include: attendance to the conference, access to the exhibition area, name badge, conference documents, final programme, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, welcome cocktail reception and gala dinner.

Please note that for the registration category “Accompanied Person”, the registration fee includes: welcome cocktail reception and gala dinner.

The payment process is online and fully automated. A unified system is used for both registration and accommodation bookings. Payments can be made using wire transfer or credit card. The online registration system will close on May 24, 2018 and after this date only on-site registration using credit card or cash will be possible. Please note that a cancellation fee of 100 Euro will apply after April 1, 2018 and there will be no refund after April 1, 2018.


Attendees of ISEP 2018 can benefit from special rates at the conference venue, Droushia Heights Hotel, as well as the second hotel of Droushia Village, Akamas Health Farm & Spa.

All rates are per room per night, including breakfast, service and taxes. “First Come, First Served” basis will apply. These special rates apply only for conference participants. If you wish to extend your stay the same rates apply.

 Droushia Heights Hotel is fully booked and Akamas Health Farm & Spa is only available for check in on the 28th of May 2018 onwards. However, there are a few double rooms available for the 27th of May at Natura Beach Hotel and Villas, which is situated in Poli Chrysochous (20 minutes drive from Droushia). Therefore, please note that if your arrival is on the 27th of May, we can settle your stay for the 27th of May at Natura Beach Hotel and Villas and then transfer you at Akamas Health Farm & Spa.

Please note that in this case, the organizers will arrange a shuttle bus to transfer you at Akamas Health Farm & Spa on the 28th of May.

Changes & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat in order to receive any possible reimbursement.
-Cancellations before the 24th of April: 80% of fee will be refunded.
-Cancellations received after the 24th of April: fee non-refundable.
